Hello,
Last week i purchased two items from truedge.com, i have tried constantly to contact them but no response from both email and phone call ( i tried contacting them because the wrong shipping address was inputted on the orders) , i opened a dispute in the resolution center saying either give me a refund or respond to me. A day later i got an email saying i was refunded for 11$, one of my purchases, i never received an email for the refund of the $41.92 of my other purchase. I looked on my history of things i baught, it said i already was refunded for it, i checked the balance of the debit card it was charged on ( a 50$ debit card) there was only $8.02 on the card, i was never given the refund of the $41.92,
Can anyone help me with this, and tell me what to do in this situation?
