Ebay and paypal do some great things congratulations,And i do a lot of charity myself and this should go to the top of both Ebay & Paypal In the past 2 years i lost everything and have been stuggling to start my own business's I had 7 websites built to conform to ebay stds to have there auctions on line and also bought thousands upon thousands of items on ebay to earn a purple star rating and spent 8 months applying time after time to be an ebay coraspondent so i could earn money from items sold on my sites and kept getting turned down for reasons really unexplained due to being in complience ? Finaly they approved me  and also wanted to start my own Ebay store so i started making some large purchases to get inventory last monthand this month and was using all my monies to do so and then set up a small store and got other overseas contacts to supply me also in one day the IRS unknown to me i thought was settled from back in 2002 they came and levied on everything my bank accounts took my cars my small pay checks and also i am on social security my purchases were bouncing as soon as i saw that i tried to contact everyone and I MEAN EVERYONE and i still was not sure how to fix it i went to Wacovia banks and asked them to put hold on my accounts they were short and i put in my last 6200.00 and the IRS took that and I emailed and called EBAY and EMAILED AND CALLED PAYPAL NO ONE WAS DOING ANYTHING!!!I emailed and tried to contact every poor seller and cancel my purchase by explainig what happened and most i can say were simpathetic to my situation EBAY HAD NO RESPONSE AND JUST STARTED PUTTING STRIKES AGENST EVERYTHING AND I MEAN EVERYTHING EVEN THINGS THAT WERE PAID FOR AND ALREADY HAD IN MY GARAGE and PAYPAL WHEN I TRIED TO EXPLAIN THEY SAID WE DO NOT CARE JUST GET THE MONIES IN YOUR ACCOUNT BECAUSE WE ARE GOING TO RUN THESE DEBITS 3 TIMES NO MATTER WHAT and ebay and paypal did not even comunicate with each other and kept slamming me and to this day and minute neither one did anything but sink me Ebay shut me down and put 60 80 or 90 unpaid strikes agenst me and never cared after having a great record up to that day as well as paypal kept sending debits to my bank accounts and credit cards running up NSF FEE"S OF OVER $4500.00 dollars and the bank took my social security ck to put agenst NSF fees and Now paypal ran up over $1900.00 for i do not know what they said my bank did not pay them but i had some of the recipts and finding out yesterday i unkowingly owed the a lousy 3100.00 and i am ruined and they said my attorny will have to request and it could take months to get straight I can't even by food and have all this money that was run up on me and shut down on ebay and paypal are a mess and THIS WHOLE THING IS AND HAS BEEN AS HEARTLESS AND COLD AS WELL AS NOT ONE PERSON CONTACTED ME I WROTE AND CONTESTED IN WRITEING TO EBAY AND PAYPAL AND MY BANK ALL I GET IS COLLECTION CALLS ! THIS WAS THE ONLY PLACE ON EBAY OR PAYPAL TO STATE MY MISFOUTUNE<SAY MERRY CHRISTMAS AARON! SO I DID NOT KNOW HOW TO GET THE ATTENTION I DESERVE EVEN ALL THE MONEY I SPENT ON EBAY AND PAYPAL ALL WITH GOOD INTENTION I AM RUINED! I am trying to understand and not hold it agenst everyone it happened to me BUT EBAY AND PAYPAL REALLY THREW THE DIRT ON ME AFTER I FEEL IN THE HOLE AND COST ME EVEN MORE> I am a man who believes that things will get better at some point however Ebay and Paypal cost me over $8500.00 Dollars to me that's monies that could have been used to help pay my sellers if even one or two people would have done there job in this case no one person did what they get paid to do and that is to protect ALL concerned me the customer,Ebay company the sellers and the Paypal company.I hope to god who ever i am writing this to i pray you do the right thing and get it into the proper hands yes i am more hurt ,angry ,embaresed and sick as well as the bering it also has on my family.I also intend to continue and not let this go away if i need to blog this and inform everyone i can in all ways i intend to so people are aware of what can happen to them as well as the disconcern of both of these companies for anyones welfair other than there own as well as the horrible management decisions ebay and pay pal make I did not do this and i am sorry to all my sellers and my family but i will be honest i think Ebay and Paypal not only owe me an apoligy and try to rectifie this but both your actions did me more financial and mental harm as a result of your actions also.Which was no action! and anyone who runs any company heads would roll or at least put safe guards in place so this dose not happen to all concerned I know ebay and paypal are so big they do not care but nothing is forever things like this can bring a company down as well as the publicity thats go's with it i intend not to go away until this get's some resolve i may only have a 10th grade education but i just lost over 3 million over the past 2.5 years and my home i know a lot of people and i am not dumb.

Thank You I did copy what i sent to you ,However i will wait for whomever to digest this letter and make contact with me so perhaps resolve all the issues.

GooooD God!!!!!!!!!! and I thought I had problems. I am so sorry for your misfortune and it seems bad luck has hit you with everything it had! I know this is asinine to say but E-bay and Paypal are in this for themselves and if anyone makes a little ok! They are just like 99% of other companies they dont give a pooh about you - your problems or anything else concerning the average Joe,  just pay them or else-(Know what I saying), Big companies help and know each other(conventions- parties- happens in Vegas stays in Vegas)  like the electric company will let some company owe them 500 Grand for 3 or 4 months but if you get behind on your $200 electric bill - shut off - (no electric for you buddy). but they will carry the 500 Grand until the company can regroup its-self and it doesn't matter that they go bankrupt- the electric company will  just add service charges or other charges to our bills so we can pay the 500 Grand and the Bankrupt company can start over under a different name. They are just like lawyers and judges from the same state, they all know each other and thats why they get royally ticked if you try to get an out of state lawyer for something (you usually can't because of being licensed in another state) Thats the name of the game- or at least the way I see it. I wish you good luck this year and hope everything works out for you....you did it once- you can do it again...My mom always told me that the Good Lord never puts nothing on us we can't handle.. so have Faith that this will work itself out.
