Please I need some help asap!!!

I have an open claim w/paypal resolution dept. ,,,It is under review as I am typing  they have taken the sellers statement and just my emails to him..they have not got all my evidence my pics of how the product arrived at my home..

How and where do I submit these they need them before they make their final decision..its very important..they tell the whole picture of my complaint.

There should be an email address to send information to Paypal.

You put the file # of the claim in the subject box and add the photos as attachments, then send the email to the Paypal address.
