Well PayPal deleted my response obviously because they don't want others to know that the reason I am not allowing this and refunding my customers who don't leave positive feedback stating They haven't received the item, but are leaving feedback because of a PayPal policy. The fact is, I have read how alot of people send thier items and then never get their money to come off of Pending. It takes months, or the buyer realizes they can tell Paypal the item was wrong, or broken and mail back a box of rocks with a tracking number and then get thier money back. I also read some horror stories where they explained the problem to the buyer and they just never left positive feedback just to be dificult, so I am sorry but I am not mailing my hard earned products out without seeing a dime of the money, and for a company to expect anyone would do that is just rediculous. I am not going to send an item and let the buyer decide whether they want to try and get their money back too or do the right thing..
