How do I get my paypal refund? I purchased something from a website but they didn't have the clothes I wanted in stock so they refunded the money back to me. I used paypal, I have a credit and bank card linked to it and the refunded was "credit to credit card" but I don't see the amount anywhere in either of my cards?
And if it is in my paypal account, how come my balance shows $0.00 and how would I retrieve or send it back to my credit/debit card?
Refunds are credited back to the original funding source, for example if you paid with credit card, the refund will be credited back to that credit card. Note, depending on your credit card provider, it may take a few business days to show.
