Hello, can anyone tell me if I can get a refund on a sale on an item after the sellers 14 day return claim if the item is not working as claimed in the auction? I won this on Dec, 29 but due to weather could not install until mid march and found the item would not perform as stated in auction, the auction stated tested and working, I am on mu 45 day mark and need to act soon. I have contacted the seller and he sent me to a couple of web sites and when I called him he said he will look at a few sites and get back, I think this is a stall tactic, any ideas out there?
