Paypal Check Never Came

I've been waiting paitently for over 2 months for my 60$ paypal check, and it has never come.

I withdrawled 63$ in the forum of a check before christmas in 2009, its now almost march 2010.

Issues of this nature must be hanlded through PayPal's Customer Service.  It's not something that can be resolved via the forum.
