I have a seller with ALL POSITIVE rep points who will not ship item I PAID for because PayPal has a hold on the funds. So, PAYPAL has SELLERS MONEY in LIMBO and I don't have what I paid for!
Nice job PayPal!!! Whoever thought of this idea was a major idiot!
I can understand if they want to hold funds for the FIRST transaction someone makes on eBay, but once the seller has ESTABLISHED a good reputation, why does PayPal have to place a hold on funds? Oh, maybe because they can make money from holding funds for 21 days? Idiots!
