PayPal holding Payments for Indian Customers from Jan27 2010

Hi,

I requested for a withdrawal to my back account on Jan28 and it is not credited to my bank account even after a week. It usually get credited within 2 days. I send numerous emails to PayPal and what I got is a "template" based reply. I have no clue when I will receive the funds. I also checked another forums with thousands of PayPal customers complaining about the same issue.

PAYPAL PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello.

I am PayPal User from India.

All Indian users who have requested Withdrawal in Bank Account durning 26th January to Till Date are having no credit of the same in account.

It shows status as Completed in PayPal but money is not in account.

For all previous withdrawals of mine, money was in account on 4th Day.

When I mailed PayPal, they just replied a Common Themed Email which stated that we are having problems, wait for 5-6 business days....bla.......bla..........bla.

In fact, same issue was in Feb 09. Money credited into accounts after 15 to 25 Days.

This delay is not due to Indian Banks or RBI.

So the Delay is by PayPal.

If the Delay is by PayPal, why it shows status as Completed, and why PayPal don't say exact problem and expected resolution date ?

It is strange when World's Popular payment processor behaves like this.

I would appreciate the comments and help.

We are currently experiencing an issue processing withdrawals to Indian bank accounts.  As a result, there may be some delay in withdrawals from your PayPal account to your bank account.

I have been waiting for my money for more than 10 days now, and still you don't know when it will be transferred.

I have already started using another very reliable payment methods. You need tell when funds will be transferred to atleast win back the trust of thousands of unlucky PayPal users.

Well this is how PayPal does business in USA:

-  You buy something thru them

- They send you garbage

- You complain

- They say they will refund you 60%

- You refuse and escalate the claim

- They say you are not getting anything. Have a nice day and come back soon.

Now lets see.

Hi! I live in India and it's very disappointing to say that paypal is not doing good in my country. Since January, this year all the transactions are being reversed. On calling the customer care number they say they got an some technical issue which they don't wanna discuss. I lost 71US$ due to this reveresal which was done without my permission. I am not looking for other services. Paypal is not trustworthy anymore..

This post is to let you know, that PAYPAL returned the amount today it took when the Transaction was REVERSED.

But    FOR some moths we will not be able to withdraw money

hello, I have put withdrawal request to my indian bank account on 11th Feb,  but still my money is not appeared in local bank account.

How many days it will take ?

Can i put request to reverse back to my account if RBI issue is still pending ?

What is the status of that dispute ?

can authorities please tell me ?

all they saying is, we are having issues with withdraw to indian bank accounts..

my payment got reversed last month!! and now its been almost a month since i withdrawn amount to my bank account but there is no money received in my account..

i googled a bit and found 1 shocking thing which says "Paypal has to re-validate every indian account before they can operate in India again".

whats happening here?? paypal dont care about Indian merchants anymore?? are they trying to boycott us?

paypal used to be great service for my business till last month... but everything has been ruined now!!
