PayPal OUT SOURCING TELEPHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE???

i thought i would tell these errors (500 Internetl Server Errors) to the people on the phone only because it was preventing me from accomplishing an important task at the time. I emailed webmaster as well
BUT!!! now i know NOT to call so early?? calls made between 7am and 745 am eastern USA time.. seems at this time of day calls are outsourced to different countries???. i been a member of paypal for many years and the highly accented voice told me at end of call that if i want to know more about paypal go to paypal.com too funny.!!!
Of the 2 calls i made it seemed one went to what sounded like an asian country maybe S.Korea? while the 2nd call seemed unmistakenly like from INDIA! now dont get me wrong i like all walks of people.
But if your going to outsource customer service calls PLEASE make sure they understand english well enough.
The first call was funny because after telling her the page gave me a 500 internal server error she began to direct me to the same page!!! umm HELLO!! it doesnt work and clicking on it 100 times wont help.She sounded cute though lovely voice hehe
The 2nd call the guy was completely unhelpful. waist of time. I thanked him anyhow as i know how difficult it is for me to understand him i bet it isnt easy for them to understand us either. but why is paypal doing this?Have they always done this or is this new? I did not think paypal was having financial difficulties.
To be Honest i would have rather waited to talk to someone who could be helpful!
I called a couple days ago and talked to someone who spoke perfect english and was amazingly helpful! Absolutely no complaints there.
So i thought i would click around and see if there was a way to help me on the webpage without calling.....
not that i needed any more help per se but even finding an ability to leave feedback was not easy. I finally made it to this site. and this is good! but there should be a easier way! A simple click here to tell us your opinion. The only thing on the main site i could find is a woudl you recommend a friend to us and why or why not form.
Going back to the internal server error there should be a link click here to report or even an automated reporting. Like myspace's error which reads something along the lines of an error has been detected and automatically reported to technical service.
But where does someone other than HERE make such a suggestion? Whatever you do ... DONT call customer service early LOL
So at what time is the calls NOT out-sourced to other countries?
would love to hear some other experiences and include how long it took to get through the phone call and if it was helpful or not.
on a good note i had ZERO wait time to get to an agent once i made it through the automated Q&A and for all 3 calls 2 today and one th eother day at different times of day. so that's pretty impressive by todays standards imho. 🙂
