Pay Pal will PAY-for illicit business practices

Pay Pal's illicit and less than truthful "fast payment" promises are reminiscent of a time long ago when men did the same, promising money quick and fast, and taking in millions of dollars without any backing whatsoever. Then a funny and tragic thing happened- The Stock Market Crash and the beginning of what we now call the "Great Depression." The powers that be put into place important regulations to prevent the "common man" from being taken again. The FDIC. PayPal refuses to call itself a "Bank" avoiding regulation and the protection of our money with FDIC. And very soon, this silly attempt to dupe the common public into thinking they are NOT a bank when all things point to the fact they are, such as issuance of a debit card, controlling one's money, etc., will cease to continue. PayPal you falsely mislead people into thinking your "protecting " us from the very same nonsense you are doing to the public. Who are you to tell someone after willfully paying another that the monies they intended for that person is being "held" and then use open ended verbage in your explaination concerning its release, causing the seller to spend even more needless money on "delivery confirmation" that you ignore?
