Opening download history into readable text

Hello: Using Wordpad, my downloaded history is a jumble of meaningless charactors. How can I open this in readable text? Thanks. ptw

What format did you download the file?

Try CSV and use Notepad.   Note you will still see some characters between the lines.   If you were importing a CSV file into Excel, you would not see any odd characters.
