Not receiving sms confirmation for mobile phone!

I've clicked that button 30 times. It says it sent me a text with my security pin, but I never receive it.

Also, the short code 729725 does not seem to be valid, or at least that's the automated response I get.

Paypal has been no help what so ever. They don't know anything.

Hi snickerssnack83,

If you didn't receive a confirmation phone call from PayPal within five minutes after clicking "Call Me Now," please check the number you added and restart the confirmation process.

1. Go to the PayPal website and log in to your account.
2. Click "Profile" at the top of the page.
3. Click "Phones and Mobile Payments" in the Account Information column.
4. Click "Confirm to receive payments."
5. Click "Call Me Now."

hi i am having the same problem. no sms paypal no help, i have tried to deactivate it and not work, i have now deleted my account and opened a new account, still not working. this will stop me using paypal if it is not sorted.
