Whenever i enter in the amount of USD im trying to add to my paypal account to resolve my negative balance, it keeps telling me i cant add more than my negative balance amount even though i am adding in the exact amount that i need to.
Sounds like one of those quirky PayPal loops, you may need to contact Customer Service for help, at least they can actually look at your account and assist.
Just curious, have you tried using a different web browser, it may or may not make any difference but, couldn't hurt experimenting.
