Hello,

please help me again with a dispute. The customer filed a non-receipt dispute. They received their tiems according to tracking a week ago. The customer has not been honest and reported that they have received their tiems. Everything is on hold. Can someone help, please ? Thank you !

I am bumping for a response. The customer is not honest. Tracking shows they received the item on 11/30.
