Money receiving problem

My Indian Friend Wanna send Me some Money Via PAYPAL, But he very afraid to sending me due to FUNDS reversal issue, even He use "service or Goods" type Payment, His Payment Got reversed , How can He send me Money ??

Any Legible Answer,which not tends to PAYMENT REVERSAL from a his account ?

I need urgent money......But due to new rule of Paypal, Made Indians in a  BIG SHOCK

Your friend needs to select Personal tab when using the Send Money feature, then the funds can be sent a Gift or something else.
