Money being withheld from PP

Hello dear eBay Buyers!

I had problems with Papal and was on the phone with PP for the last three days and all day yesterday. PP was withholding your Payment as well 6 others.. I was told that I need to have a 100% feedback including 100% on the little Star feedback score from you and the others before the money would be released to me.

I was fighting with PP regarding the issue of sending the item you won first and waiting for you and other buyers to give me a 100% feedback after you all received your items.....and maybe then the payments would be released to me depending upon your feedbacks. If you would have given me a less then perfect feedback PP wouldn't have released the payment to me until further investigations!

I was randomly selected by eBay and Papal (so I was told) as a ginny pig for a new protection program for buyers.

As they always warn us Sellers not to send an item until we sellers receive the payment....I told them that I will call and email each of my buyers to advise you all regarding this issue...!

I am asking you for your understanding in this matter and like to let you know that:

I am not responsible for these issues....... especially for late shipping time, etc.!

I have a 100% feedback and like to keep it this way, including the little ( Kindergarten ) score stars!

File complaint after complaint with the attorney general in your state.  Copy local and US representatives and senators.  PayPal needs to become deluged/swamped with these issues.  They will have to fold.  If not, be prepared to switch over to GEMM or another site that is easier to deal with and takes a MUCH smaller piece of your  commission, if you're selling music/books/records/instruments. Otherwise, while it may take awhile, if PayPal and Ebay were to lose 2,000,000 customers by March, they would be in some serious hurt and before long, they'd be begging people back with enticing offers, as they did back in the day when they actually wanted your/my business.  They have a script full of lies they are laying down. I've been told it'sbecause of my feedback.  99.1% positive with well over 3,000 total.  Fewer than 6 negative lifetime.  Then they said it was DSR.  Mine are 5.0, 5.0, 4.9, and 4.8.  Then they said every customer is having to have every payment on every item sold, withheld.  One lie after the next.  Take action outside of the realm of PayPal and Ebay.  That will get desired results once enough people have lodged complaints.  Your AG office will force them to respond as well as tire of receiving a deluge of complaints.  Easy to do, most states have downloadable forms at their websites.  Do it now. I have, and the response from the AG is positive, and they acknowledged nearly 1,000 from my state alone.
