I sent a money request to one of my buyer. The question is "is my buyer allowed after payment to file a dispute" like in e-bay?. And if yes what is the Paypal policy in this case? Hold the money and do an investigation. What can of security do I have to get my money or my goods back. What Paypal is going to do for me beside Holding my money? My question is: while the money is in Paypal account is Paypal allowed to hold that money. I know they do that with e-bay but can they do that with a Request Money for goods sent.
