I purchased the item, received it and it didn't meet my expectations. Seller asked why and I told him. Before he would give me his addres, which I asked for repeatedly, he had more questions which required the sam answer. Now eBay has sided with the buyer because it "wasn't returned within 7 days"???? I got my shipping fees back but not the cost of the item. How can they do that? How can I add feedback to, once was, a good looking transaction?
Thanks

The "didn't meet my expectations" reason is generally not a valid SNAD (Significantly Not As Described) reason.
PayPal doesn't reimburse the buyer for return shipping. Are you meaning to say that the SELLER reimbursed you for return shipping, or... did eBay reimburse you?
The seller shouldn't be allowed to keep your payment and the item. If you paid using a credit card funded payment, contact your card company to dispute the charge.
