I am leaving both PayPal and eBay after 6 plus years.

I have been terribly wronged by both of these silly companies who can only send out stupid pre-canned messages that insult my intelligence. The have not read what I spent time writing but gave the farm away to the buyer everytime. As a seller I have been completely wronged.

If you do have a human being present to intercede call me now or give me a personal phone number.

My advice is SELL all stock in these companies yesterday. Both of these outfits are going down. They are NOT playing fair. I am going to wage cyber war against them.

i have already signed up for googlecheckout  amazon and i'm not selling on ebay any more already moved to amazon and ioffer better deals all the way no fees until it sells your item stays listed for 60 days flat no charges for that either 

buy like ebay you pay for bold highlights or home page feature you can transfer your ebay rating over to ioffer along with your items you already have listed and you dont need to accept paypal its not required like it is on ebay who also offers other options but they charge annual fees after they do a credit check and check out your ebay rating i had a 124 for a 98.7% approval and was denied on those

They seduced all these big companies to sell so they will make more

Wal-Mart accepts Pay Pal....I wonder if  Pay Pal  holds thier money???. There have probably been many, many unhappy customers there.

I called paypal again today to demand MY money. At first they said it was ebay then they said it was paypal.

In any case, like all of you, my Christmas is ruined. I have a DSR above 4.5 ,1396 100% feedback, no

complaints and yet they won't lift this hold. I do truely feel sorry for the people that have to man the phones

of paypal and I do try to apologize to them.

They said 'nothing personal', I told them no it is personal, you are not doing it to everybody. They said yes

they are....I said no your not, then they admitted they don't do it to 'power sellers'. Well I paint ACEO's &

sell books and a few paintings. But I worked for all of this and Hard, and between ebay and paypal they take

most of it. I'm tired and depressed. Very depressed actually. I am going to go sell on ETSY and quit ebay

and paypal. Its truely terrible and illegal what they are doing. They owe us at the very least interest, as you

can bet they are making interest on our money being with them for 21 days, or on a whim , maybe they will

change it to 62 days, hey why not? That have all the power!

I have been reading all of these comments.  When did PayPal put a 21 day hold on money?  I use my credit card all the time with no problem.  As for buying and selling ebay, I admit it has been a month or two, but I never have had a problem buying or selling when it comes to payment....

As far as I know it just started happening a week or two before Christmas, that's

when it happened to me.
