I am going to cancel the payment, Paypal is a rippoff.

I have been a Paypal member for over 10 years, now they are holding my funds. Say good bye to me and 50 people I will tell over the next 3 days. I have a 100% seller rating, the fees are now outragious, the hold is horrible. Paypal has turned into a scam to take our money. I am writing my congressman and my consumer advocate group. I believe a class action lawsuit is necessary.

What do you mean by holding your funds? how have the fees changed? I have been trying to get a grasp on the fees and all but it is confusing.

  I do not understand what you are saying. Your message is so unclear. I am new to paypal so I need to be sure of what you are saying.  I have found the fees to be 2.9% + 0.30 of amount received.  I sure do not like that part of pay pal, however the ease of receiving my funds from sales make it worth it.  However I am having some problems figuring out my statements as they are not detailed enough for me.
