I've looked around quite a bit, and I still don't have all my questions answered. So in terms of applying just to get verified, are there any initial fees for applying? If I don't use the card will I get charged any monthly fees? Any fees period? Is it an actual credit card, or is it just a card that takes it's funds from your paypal account? Any and more information would be great.
