I'm trying to send money but I need to verify a bank account to lift the limit. I don't have a bank account because the debit card I use is an unemployment one, the money gets put into it. How do I lift the limit with these circumstances? How do I pay with just my debit card?

Likely, you'll have to send Paypal a Money order to fund your account and then wait out the period for it to get to Paypal and for them to process it through their bank.

The PayPal sending limit can generally be removed by linking your bank account OR getting the PayPal Plus Credit Card. Login to your PayPal account and click on the "View Limits" link to see what limits you have and for instructions on how to lift the limits.
