How do I respond to a 'do not delete or deny' e-mail?

I just recently transferred money from a website INTO my Paypal account and I got an e-mail from Paypal that says, 'Do Not Delete Or Deny'.

What action should I take?  I already logged into my account using the link that was given.  Is there anything more that I need to do?  This is the first time performing this action and I'm a bit uneasy about it.  I hope they won't delete the funds that I had transferred into my account
