How do I pay my PayPal MultiOrder Shipping label charges by credit card?

In the help, is says as below, but when there is no balance in my account my label cost always transfer from my bank account no credit card. I couldn't find an option for it.

"You can pay for multiple USPS shipping labels with your PayPal account using:

• PayPal account balance
• Instant Transfer from your bank account
• PayPal Plus Credit Card
• PayPal Buyer Credit
• Credit or debit card listed on your PayPal account

 
Please note that a credit card can only be used when there is no balance and no bank account registered.
 
Your PayPal account is charged when your shipping labels are printed using PayPal MultiOrder Shipping. The charge for multiple labels is posted as a single PayPal transaction. You can view these transactions in your PayPal History Log."

I have a similar question!  In the past, all of my shipping fees were paid through my PayPal Plus Credit Card, regardless of whether they were single labels or printed through multi-order shipping.  Lately, the shipping fees come out of my PayPal balance and I would prefer to have them again taken out of my PP Plus Credit Card. 

The only place I could locate to address the issue might help you, even though it does not seem to correct my situation.  In "My Account", hover over the "profile" in the the sub-heading and click on "add or edit credit card."  I click on the "Manage Account" in the PayPal Plus Credit Card line, but I don't see that option for my other credit card.  Then I select "Update Account Preferences" from the box on the right. The first option is "Checkout preference."  Mine says, "Your PayPal Plus Credit Card is your preferred way to pay for future PayPal transactions." - even though it is not currently working for shipping charges.

Does anyone know how to get the system to charge shipping to a PayPal Plus Credit Card?  Or, is it no longer an option?

Did you guys ever figure this out?  Mine use to pull from my credit card when I would empty my balance, however now it is pulling again from my bank account.  I would really like to find a solution.
