In the help, is says as below, but when there is no balance in my account my label cost always transfer from my bank account no credit card. I couldn't find an option for it. "You can pay for multiple USPS shipping labels with your PayPal account using: PayPal account balance Instant Transfer from your bank account PayPal Plus Credit Card PayPal Buyer Credit Credit or debit card listed on your PayPal account Please note that a credit card can only be used when there is no balance and no bank account registered. Your PayPal account is charged when your shipping labels are printed using PayPal MultiOrder Shipping. The charge for multiple labels is posted as a single PayPal transaction. You can view these transactions in your PayPal History Log."
