I have been sucked into a situation. MediaFile took my payment for a 3-day trial and will not refund my money. I found out after purchase that this entails a $14.99 monthly payment after the 3 days. They say they have no cancelation period. Help. I wouldn't mind so much but the download doesn't work and it won't play the videos for which I purchased the trial.
