I'm not sure how to handle this. I used paypal to pay a website (not ebay) for an item I ordered 12/21 and they have not shipped it or responded to my e-mails and phone messages asking about what's going on with my order. Can I file a claim to refund my money and cancel the order or do I have to file a claim w/ the BBB? Thanks 🙂
