This is my first time using pay pal and I have received email from pay pal from the buyer waiting for a shipping transaction number so I can receive his payment. But there is nothing in my paypal history!!!
If this is an e-bay transaction, the buyer should pay first. If you use paypal to print the shipping label, it will automatically send him the shipping information.
If this is not an e-bay transaction, I do not know much about it. However, I pay to ship something to someone until I knew he had paid.
If the payment is not in your PayPal account history,it may be that the sender did not send it to the correct email address. You should contact him or her to verify.
