If you used a credit card as the source of funds, try them. Paypal has told me before that was a way to do it. I had paid for an information search, they said they never got the search details but did get the money, but since I had disputed it with paypal, they did not get the money. They told me to release the paypal claim and they would release the details of the search. Paypal said since I paid with a credit card that I could still dispute with them. It turned out I released the paypal dispute and received the service, so I never had to dispute the charge with the credit card company. I have disputed several charges with credit card companies, almost always successfully (every time but one, and at least two disputes were over $1,000). ... View more

If this is an e-bay transaction, the buyer should pay first. Ever since I installed the paypal plug in, both firefox and Internet Explorer crash when I try to design a project on www.artscow.com. It uses Microsoft Silverlight and used to work, but will not after installing the paypal plug in. In fact, system restore to immediately before the plug in would not let it work. I was able to restore to about two weeks before, and it worked. I cannot find any information on how to manually delete everything associated with the plug in. ... View more
