Hi Everyone-
To dispute a transaction through PayPal, log into your account and go to your Resolution Center to begin the process or go to PayPal's Security Center (www.paypal.com/securitycenter) and select the File a Transaction Dispute link in the "Report a Problem" box.
Keep in mind there are two different processes for buyers, one for eBay (Buyer Protection) and and one for off-eBay transactions (buyer complaint). You can review your protections for both of these in the Security Center as well in the Safer Buying section.
Thanks,
Jason

be aware if you buy using paypal from anyone except ebay paypal offers you no protection.
it is just a money exchanging service like they get your money and you might not get your product.
