For the second time in 4 years FTD has taken some of the joy out of Valentine's Day. This year I used my Paypal account to pay for the item last week. It was an early order and it gave me a discount for the 24 roses and an accompanying bottle of perfume. I just got a phone call a few minutes ago while at work; they ran out. I can get a refund or order something else. It is February 10th. I know that I won't have my money back before Friday. Banks are closed over the weekend and Valentine's Day is on Sunday. Of course I was going to try to have the operator on the other end pick something nice out for me that would cost the $112 that I had already paid. Long story short, I would get the same 24 roses for $98 without the perfume for a whopping savings of $14. I will spend more money on gas looking for 24 roses between today and Saturday. I have to work and get a great deal of school work done. Thanks again for nothing FTD. I wish I knew civil case law well enough to drag you people into court for the damages you are costing me. Why in the world didn't your supervisor who I could hear in the background not offer something to make up for your mistakes? Never again.
