I WILL GO TO BANK TOMORROW AND DISPUTE THIS CHARGE. i WAS NOT NOTIFIED AND I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR ANYTHING. PAYPAL IS CRAP...... I'M SO **bleep** OFF RIGHT NOW

Did you get the monthly seller fee issue resolved?  I just got charged $26.04 under same guise and with no explanation.

The monthly seller fees are likely from ebay - check your seller accounts to make sure.

And don't give me that garbage about 'no notice about the hold' - it's impossible to list on ebay without being notified of the hold - it's right on the sell your item form.

If you're going to sell on ebay, learn the rules.
