I shipped several packages using the PayPal shipping through Ebay. When I was finished and reviewed my Paypal account, I find I was charged twice instead of once for one of the shipping labels. When I look on the Ebay tracking, it shows two different labels produced and charged to me, but of course only one printed and was used to ship the single package. How do I get the duplicate shipping charge back?
