Received an email from seller( PaPal money request) about sending payment to another email address not attached to the Ebay account. because the email address linked to Ebay is discontinued.I am normally a lightning fast payer but got suspicious after noticing that the names were different from what is on the Ebay seller account,Kati vs. Karlie. Because I am aware of the trickery and deception that may go on,I just don't want to get scammed. Is there a site or page that list some of the bad sellers besides feedback.I know that some sellers just open another account and set up shop all over again after scamming victims. Also the item bidded upon was a rare vintage piece that was sold be this same seller about a month ago.Maybe a NPB and the seller relisted, huh? Please help
Thanks in advance.

DO NOT DO IT.
Only make payment through the verified ebay invoice.
Save that email also in case its need later on.
YOu can reply to the seller that you can only pay through the actual ebay invoice to that email addy in Paypal to keep you buyer protection.

I would agree with luvstampin. The fact that the payment would go to another e-mail address other than the one registered with Ebay could entirely change the rules on how you are protected in case the seller is a fraud. Perhaps you could take this up with Ebays live chat to see what steps ebay recommends you take next.

Recently I have recieved 2 emails from paypal requesting me to contact them. They said someone may have tried to use my paypal account. I signed onto paypal and found my history, which sounded fine. I don't know where to go from here. Thanks, Jenell251

If you signed into your Paypal account from the emails, you likely gave a scammer your Paypal password.
NEVER sign in to your Paypal account from an email link.
And, to make your Paypal account bullet-proof, visit the security center in your Paypal account and buy one of their security keys for $5. It puts a separate, randomly-generated numerical password on your account that changes every 30 seconds and cannot be hijacked, even if the scammer has your password.
