I'm trying to confirm my bank account, but I only see one deposit from PayPal. Perhaps both deposits got lumped together, but if that's the case, I have to guess which two numbers to use that add up to the total deposit I see in my account.
I tried using the "confirm instantly" option, and it asks for my 5 security confirmation questions... I don't have five questions, only three, and they are not all listed in the drop down menus.
Are there any REAL people that work for PayPal, or just the Automated Agent? (I told her to die... she told me how to handle an account for a deceased person)
Help would be appreciated. Thanks.

All we can tell you from the Forum's perspective is how the process is supposed to work as we can't look at your Account.
Bank accounts are sent two random deposits to establish that there's a good path between PayPal and your bank for future transactions, as well as to demonstrate that the account holder has access to the records for the bank account on file with PayPal. It can take up to 3 days to complete the verification process. Once you enter your bank account details, PayPal will make 2 small deposits (less than $1.00) into your account. After you confirm the deposit amounts, PayPal will link your account.
As for real people:
If you're trapped in the the phone maze, try pressing Zero.
