Hello.
I have got a Netspend (www.netspend.com) debit card.
I am able to reload it with paypal.
I am also able to use it as a bank account (Metabank)
I just got the card on May 6th. And I signed up for paypal on May 6th.
I linked the two (Verified officially with 2 deposits) today
I have money in my paypal now, but when I try to transfer (withdraw -> Transfer To Bank Account) it will not let me, it gives me this errorr:
"Accounts with limited access may not perform this type of electronic transfer."
My paypal account is NOT limited, I can log in fine and dandy.
I am verified on my bank thing, so I don't see WHY it's doing this?
Any help?
