I had originally tried to pay for a purchase with my paypal account, I did not have the funds so Ebay has said they will resubmit the purchase on the 9th of Feb. I need to cancel that withdrawl and don't know how to do it. The seller and I agreed on a different payment (money order) and I have sent it to her. Now how do I stop the Paypal withdraw?
Thanks

I also need to cancel a bank request, how is this done.
Also this does not work at all with bank withdraws:
Question : Answer :
- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Click History at the top of the page.
- Click Cancel in the Order status/Actions column of the transaction you want to cancel.
- Click Yes.

I don't have access to that field status/actions. Does it mean I did to call my bank?

No, your bank cancelation will simply cause the money to go through your PayPal either way (and if it fails, the balance will result in a negative balance). I suggest calling PayPal and then figuring it out from there.
Although if you are calling PayPal, make sure you speak to friendly person, it is clear immediately who is and isn't. Also, if they say they will do something while they are off the phone with you (hang up). Make sure to get their full name and employee ID number. If they refuse, talk to a supervisor. Anything the reps say they will do should be handled within an hour.
