BIN is asking me to

I sold a BIN item 2 days ago, and the item has not been paid for. In the colomn to the right, there is no option for "send Invoice". Instead in bold letters it says "Claim Your Payment". When I click that it just takes me to my paypal account.

I have emailed the buyer twice asking him about it, and he hasn't answered me. I have never seen this before and don't know what to do about it, or how to get paid.

I really think they just want to get people money and that's all people today what more do they want to do when the economic is already bad enough with problems
