Automatic redirect after the transaction goes through?

I need a PayPal automatic redirect after the transaction goes through?

I have a sales website that is selling only one product,

and that product is the activation of second website.

What I want is a PayPal Buy Button on the sales website...

when the customer clicks on the PayPal Buy Button,

they are then shown the PayPal Purchase Information page.

Once the customer has purchased the second website, and their payment is processed,

the customer is then redirected to the now activated second website.

Is this possible with a basic Pay Pal account?
