Amanda, need some answers about chargebacks

I'm dealing with a chargeback for the first time;

1. The amount of the chargeback is too much, since some has already been refunded. Question - Can I dispute part of the chargeback and allow the balance if I don't think I'll win it?

2. What are the consequences on my seller account if I dispute part of the charge and win that part?

3. What are the consequences on my sellers account if I dispute ALL of the chargeback, but only win part of it?

4. I suspect that the buyer has deliverately not updated his Paypal account, but has instead moved and only updated his ebay account. (The parcels were redirected to a house at a different address).  Question - ebay has a method to alert them that contact information is incorrect - does Paypal have a similar mechanism and how do I initiate it?

5. The buyer made 2 separate payments on an order that was combined into one.  Delivery is confirmed on the amount that he has filed a chargeback on (the chargeback is based on "unauthorized use"), but he has not contested the second charge.  The 2 orders were 20 minutes apart.  How significant is this to the bank?

Thank you for your help
