Hey people. I've been trying to add funds from my bank account to my paypal account because I have a negative balance. The problem is that I have funds in the bank account and I'm trying to pay the negative balance and everytime i try it just says that my bank account declined the transaction because I have insuficient funds. What can I do? I tried going to my bank to ask some questions about it and they just keep me saying that they dont know what to do because its a paypal problem and not the bank's one.
