Ok first off its currently my ONLY option for buying form some providers; secondly I think you should find te idiot messing with peoples money and find some way to get rid of them (prefably in the forced retirement catogory)
Seriously paypail; help me out here... Im not getting a account forzen message its just its liek I have no money in when I clearly do and PUT money in.

On March 28th, I won an eBay item from a 100% feedback seller. The item, I was using as a birthday gift for April 5th. I did this trusting a 100% seller, eBay (I thought I could trust) and Paypal (thinking they would pay the seller or give me an immediate refund).
The Seller sent me information on the printed label tag and planned to take it to the Post Office for shipment when Paypal and Ebay froze his account and my payment to him. He apologized and told me that he couldn't get into his Paypal account to reverse the shipping information so that I can get refunded immediately - Paypal blocked him.
I've been on the phone with eBay and Paypal for a better part of half of this day trying to get any portion of my money back, so that I can get 1 gift (any gift) for April 5th. Ebay advised me to contact the seller and now they are threatening me if I do.
Everyone has victimized me by telling me that I have to wait 1 month since my seller completed the shipping label to see if it actually shipped. It's NOT MY FAULT Paypal refuses to release the money to the seller. The seller apologized, eBay and Paypal apologized but as far as I'm concerned, Paypal and eBay stole any chance for me to give any gift.
The seller's post office has no record my item was ever shipped and the Seller wants to get into his account to change the record to NO shipment made or to receive the money I sent him - so he can ship.
Paypal is blocking him and victimizing me with this action. If I had money to throw away, I would donate to a worthy cause but this is big business stealing from someone that trusted them.

You have no idea what Paypal has been known to do. Paypal is a private bank account, and you and everyone else sign your life away to them when forced by Ebay to join Ebay's own Paypal. They own your money. And the more frozen accounts they have, the more money they can show their shareholders on paper. Freezing accounts is a normal thing for them. They actually are told to look for excuses to freeze accounts because they can keep that money generating interest for a loong time before they have to, by law, give you back some of it.....
Good luck to you, but I wouldnt count on paypal having any sympathy towards you, or the seller.
