On March 28th, I won an eBay item from a 100% feedback seller. The item, I was using as a birthday gift for April 5th. I did this trusting a 100% seller, eBay (I thought I could trust) and Paypal (thinking they would pay the seller or give me an immediate refund). The Seller sent me information on the printed label tag and planned to take it to the Post Office for shipment when Paypal and Ebay froze his account and my payment to him. He apologized and told me that he couldn't get into his Paypal account to reverse the shipping information so that I can get refunded immediately - Paypal blocked him. I've been on the phone with eBay and Paypal for a better part of half of this day trying to get any portion of my money back, so that I can get 1 gift (any gift) for April 5th. Ebay advised me to contact the seller and now they are threatening me if I do. Everyone has victimized me by telling me that I have to wait 1 month since my seller completed the shipping label to see if it actually shipped. It's NOT MY FAULT Paypal refuses to release the money to the seller. The seller apologized, eBay and Paypal apologized but as far as I'm concerned, Paypal and eBay stole any chance for me to give any gift. The seller's post office has no record my item was ever shipped and the Seller wants to get into his account to change the record to NO shipment made or to receive the money I sent him - so he can ship. Paypal is blocking him and victimizing me with this action. If I had money to throw away, I would donate to a worthy cause but this is big business stealing from someone that trusted them.
