hi, me like many more are having our money held, now isnt this ilegal, with out our consent, its tndhe same in the usa , this holding our money is not working as how can we send items without the money, why is paypal not anwering people, this is a joke and i bet their making money off our money by holding it for 21 days, this stinks, if this keeps on i will only except postal orders and cash from now on.
It's ridiculous, we are paying from our own pockets for postage when we're all a lot poorer than we were before. Don't send items until the 21 days is over if you can't trust people to be courteous enough to leave feedback... this is the only way we can get things done fairly.
