Temporary hold!! ive been waiting for a refund for 5 weeks now i completely forgot about the transaction logged on today funds are still on hold no refund to my paypal or bank accout is this normal??
Have you opened a dispute on the transaction through your account? Do you know exactly the payment has been placed on hold? It is hard to know why a transaction would be placed on hold for up to 5 weeks.
If you could try and provide some more information, I will then try and give a more detailed answer if I can.
