Now you have added a card all FUTURE payments will be instant but not the ones already pending.
You can ask your SELLER to cancel the pending echeque and then you can pay again instantly BUT the cancelled echeque may take a few days to go back to your bank account and it may well return to your paypal balance and you will have to withdraw it to the bank yourself.
So if you go ahead then you may well have x2 lots of payments "out" at the same time before the first is refunded.
But if you want to go ahead tell your seller to cancel and if they don't know how to tell them to do this >>>
Go to Account Overview > History > Find the relevant payment > Details > Cancel Payment under ‘Cancel this eCheque payment’ > Review the information and include a message to buyer > Cancel Payment.

Kudos / Solution appreciated.
