I have been treated very badly also. I am supposed to be able to print an address label from the ebay site and it is supposed to be taken from my paypal account. It says that on the ebay site. Yet, when I do this, it doesn't happen. When I call paypal to find out why, they tell me they tried to take it from my bank account. And they REFUSE to take it from my paypal balance.
Something is very wrong here.
The ebay site clearly states that the cost of the label is supposed to come out of the paypal balance. Yet, they tried to take it not from that, but from my bank account.
Absolutely outrageous.
