payment sent to wrong email and been claimed ??!!! helppp

hi , 

 

i have stupidly inputted my email address worng on my selling items , now 2 have been unclaimed but one has been claimed by the paypal account it was sent to?

how does the lady go about claiming back? will hat person have to pay it back or would i?

 

any help would be appreciated !!

Firstly get them to email the email addy that they paid to and ask that person to refund the payment explaining it was made by accident.

 

If they don't refund then your buyer needs to file a dispute for non receipt of item as that person has nothing to send them. They should get a refund if the person they paid does not send them their item (which they can't), and have proof of delivery with a tracking number.

 

HOWEVER if anything goes wrong and they don't get a refund then you should refund them as it was your fault they lost their money.
