i ve send the item by recored post ,the ref number i have says the buyer has signed and received the item ,i have try to  contact the buyer and ask him ,if he would leave a feedback no replay ,paypal is holding my money (must be nitemare for paypal to hold other people s money for 21 days ,all that extra interest ) i will never sell anything on ebay again or use paypal ,

They can't check every transaction the minute someone signs for an item or a buyer leaves feedback instantly.

However if you pop them an email via contact us bottom of page they will release your funds as soon as they know.

they cant check every transaction ? sure they very fast when it comes to holding funds bunny .are you a paypal bunny ?

Yep they do hold funds for new sellers as it is an extra layer of buyer protection.

I to had them held till i was a proven seller with a good record, didn't bother me as buyer protection encourages buyers to buy from ebay hence i sell items i would never have had an outlet for before.

myself and the buyer have 100% feedback i'm over 200+ my buyer is over 300+ my payment is still being held/
